Holy fuck I debloated sooo hard. I ate only bananas, eggs and salmon. 0 sodium. Used dandelion used 2 teaspoons of potassium chloride. 4 days straight. My physique has become way leaner. Like 5 bf drop kinda lean. I used concealer for eyebags in these pics. Cuz debloating fucks my undereyes.
