Half the hispanics in miami simply do not even bother learning basic english. They've been living here for 15 years and feel 0 need to even try to learn the language of the country that has taken them in. Despite the fact that English is an easy language to learn, especially in today's day and age and especially when living in the US, they do not even bother with learning the basics, they're perfectly satisfied keeping to their little community and have 0 interest in speaking english. That to me, is disrespectful.
