u can get a rhino at 15, but agreed ur not fully developed yet. Just make sure its the first surgery you get

Very long face so you have to grow your hair a bit out on the sides

I like your haircut rn but it isnt well groomed, pretty sure its called the mod cut so just continue getting that as you grow it a bit out
