i dont got the time for this, im losing hair and collagen by the day. fuck, do i just get started with ortho treatment now and talk to jaw surgeons later? or do i wait until i have a concrete plan from a surgeon before i get started with ortho so they dont fuck up my teeth placement for the surgery?
