There is a 100% chance im getting surgery Next year, I have talked to my parents and after a long time they have agreed to me that I Will already be 18 and as I already have a good a mount of money, as long as I pay It from myself , It is ok.
They said that I Will have to go to a good surgeon , but thats obvious, and that I have to be responsible blablabla. I know.
Finally dude.
What im gonna do in 2026:
-lefort 1 midface shortening 5mm impaction(no bite issues, no maxillary retrusion ) just purely midface shortening .3-5k(It is not an entire lefort 1 but just a partial one because I do not need much impaction and everything else is ok)
-lip lift 500-1500k
What I might do:
-genio 3000k
