So i've been on a bulk for almost 2 months and a half now an i've gained a SIGNIFICANT amount of muscles primarly on my biceps , triceps and deltoids even my female coworker said that they had to get a new shirt at work cos of how wide my shoulders are lmao . She doesnt even know im part of what comm. Basically i eat everything i can find including sugar ( candies , cakes etc ) + 300g of protein a day . But i've become a subhuman from the face . I've become bloated af , havent taken care of my face at all .all that junk food is starting to backfire . Im also taking test and var 400mg test per week and 30mg of var everyday . Been going to the gym 5 times per week every morning training for two hours . My friends have started jestermaxxing "omg bro you look so big i'll also go to the gym " fucking subhumans . Over if u arent gymmaxxing . You cant compete with guys like asu frat leader if u arent hopping on roids and going to the gym

Yeah im a manlet 170cm ngl but im wearing 4 inch height boosters + spine decompression and hard streching + glucosamkne and chondroitine + msm so i reach around 174cm without lifts then with lifts i reach 5'11 - 6'0 . Im super obsessed with heightmaxxing

just bought it from a friend of mine once lol . I didnt plan using it . It was just stting there

Same for me im on 600mg test and 25mg var bloated as shit but I get more attention

jst stfu . sure im short 5'7 . But irl i fraud my height to 5'11 - 6' glucosamin chondroitine +msm spine decompression hamstrings strech + 4 inch height boosters i also raise my jeans higher purposefully to make my legs look longer .by doing this i height mogg most niggas irl lol . I have to make a thread abt heightmaxxing so much misinformation out there . its true you look bad muscled as a manlet . But guess what you dont have to stay a manlet . Ofc some are doomed some who are rlly short like 5'4 - 5'3 but for most people going to the gym ans achieving that jeff seid physique it would a major looksmax .
