You can try calories deficit and water fasting for one day once per 3 weeks for example.There are 2 ways in my opinion.
1) you are slowly lowering your calories week by week. Takes long time, but its easy.
2) you are waterfasting. Dont eat anything! Only water. First 3 days are pain in the ass, but later your guts are 'going to sleep'. You dont feel hunger anymore.
With water fasting i lost about 8 kgs in 7 days. Gathered 2 kgs week later. So in total i lost 6 kgs. Never tried again, because i also lost some muscles.
With first method i lost 15 kgs this year. I stil need to lose about 5-7 kgs to have visible abs.
