yeah ngl its not that crazy hard, but when you touch your massaters they flex alot more than when your chewing regular gum.

yeah at the start chewing that shit genuinely hurts (in a good way) and could do 1 hour max before i get tmj pain, i am used to it now so ill have it for several hours now with no problem

also a bonus, the flavors actually last a while my favorite is blueberry but watermelon and mango are also really good
