If youre a beginer 2 is ideal intermediate onwards 2-3 is fine. going more than thrice a week is stupid if youre natty, only people who dont workout with high intensity can afford to go everyday and theyre in a catabolic state due to overtraining which means even less muscle than if they did nothingThree times a week is optimal.
