But only if you lift like Mike mentzer and take ample rest and go only twice weekly.
 
Three times a week is optimal. Push/pull/legs is god tier when combined with good diet and rest. I’m bout to hop back on this schedule

If youre a beginer 2 is ideal intermediate onwards 2-3 is fine. going more than thrice a week is stupid if youre natty, only people who dont workout with high intensity can afford to go everyday and theyre in a catabolic state due to overtraining which means even less muscle than if they did nothing
