It doesn't sound like that it mostly sound like I have spaces between words and talk... Like... This and I can't pronounce words like the word "words" Or "clearly" Or most words that have a r in them.

Because most Iraqis are horrible at english because Iraq was in war for most of its recent history the new generation is better but still not that good as a whole.
