Holy shit I just dissolved my buccal fat AT HOME

I went two weeks into a bulk and my asian ricecel fat pads puffed up faster than a marshmallow over a campfire
Keeping the topic of overdeveloped fat pads as an asian in mind, i’ve devised a solution.

I just injected my intraoral mucosal region with lipolab max. I disinfected with povidone iodine, numbed with a local anesthetic of lidocaine, and injected ~1.2 mL of PPC per cheek. Will keep you guys updated.

Two: Gather workspace. Disinfect area with alcohol wipes.
Three: Gargle and swish povidone iodine to disinfect mouth.
Four: Apply topical lidocaine to intraoral mucosa superficial to the buccal fat pads
Five: Load syringe with desired amount of PPC
Six: Locate buccal fat pad, inject with syringe and solution.
Seven: Repeat steps five and six on the opposite cheek.
Eight: Swish and gargle povidone iodine one more time to reduce risk of infection.

Idk what bfr means, but a surgeon would probably just remove the fat pad mechanically instead of bothering with lipolab

It means buccal fat removal. So Lipolab dissolves the fat instead of removing it? Can you control how much or the fat pad you dissolve? For example with BFR you can remove only 2/3 of the pad leaving a bit of fat

no the solution i injected dissolves fhe actual fat pads. when i bulk, said fat pads bloat. with reduced fat pads, bloating will be reduced as well.

Undergoing pretty significant and unusual inflammation (bloatmaxxing) in the cheek region of the face the following morning. Not sure if its from just regular sleep bloat combined with the lipolab, but generally this is actually a positive sign because inflammation indicates the injection went through.
