both phosphatidylcholine and deoxycholate work through necrosis and the more you inject the higher the likelihood of it reaching the skin surface, buccal pad should be fine since it's deep but dissolving it won't do shit anyway as it barely contributes to facial hollowing, most of the fat that ruins it is subq.

my point man he just doesn’t want to listen to me that one injection site won’t do shit. he used lipolab though so I doubt he will get skin necrosis

this is why j wanted to make an actual megathread on fat dissolving and clear up all these misconceptions

yeah that won't do shit, your skin isn't hanging loose around your head it's connected to the underlying layers, there's no empty space to move it through.

it only spreads a few millimeters from where you injected it.

Keeping the topic of overdeveloped fat pads as an asian in mind, i’ve devised a solution.

I just injected my intraoral mucosal region with lipolab max. I disinfected with povidone iodine, numbed with a local anesthetic of lidocaine, and injected ~1.2 mL of PPC per cheek. Will keep you guys updated.

You do this from the outside of your face yes?

And do you use a thinner needle to reduce scarring and do you put some sort of bandaid on your face afterwards or do you raw dog it.

it doesn't matter just lift the skin by pinching there's a bunch of nerves there.

nothing above 20g will cause any scarring, and no don't touch it afterwards.
