I’ve always struggled with talking too monotone but lately it’s been getting giga fucked. I hate being nd bro it’s like there’s a checklist of rules in an alien language that you have to relearn from scratch every time you try to live life. I don’t think it’s accurate I would say my frequency is pretty average for my age maybe slightly lower the main problem is my cadence tone and prosody
