I knew that even in a car you can get agepill by sitting in front of a sun, but what I've read in an academic book regarding dermatology, sitting in a room when there's
just light - it ages you.

jfl lol, we have to sunscreenmax even at home, unless you live in a basement

Even UV blue light from your screens and phones ages you. You don't escape to it

Even if you wear sunscreen 24/7 365 and reapply it every 2 hours, do you know that you'd still age? :woah:

Since I'm black, the sun is good for my skin. Because of melanin and shit.

I sit in a dark room all day because I am afraid of aging.

I have to install curtains
Yup, get dark curtains that filter light well. Blinds are not ideal either as you are covered in light in the daytime or cant see shit if theyre closed

If you're in front of a window for an extended period of time, use sunscreen. Otherwise, don't bother.

Theres no evidence that this is the case.

gh aging is slower than sun aging
just spend most of you day in a suny day for whole holidas and you will notice dramatic aging

install f.lux and set it to max if you are scared of aging from blue light that your screen emits

High IQ.. Very helpful for your circadian rhythm too.

@benignice while your here; would you recommend me using Retin-A on the backs of my arms where there's discoloration? Would it help get rid of the hyperpigmentation? I think the hyperpigmentation is mainly caused from prior MT2 use and wearing t-shirts in the summer and never using suncream. I have hydroquinone too but I don't think that'd be a good option. What do you think?

And thanks for all the help :)

You can certainly give it a go. I don't have any experience with MT2 but my gut reaction would be to try hydroquinone and/or tretinoin. And wear some bloody suncream man!

Will do! Only start applying the Retin-A on my arms like 2 days ago. Will use SPF too and mix a tiny bit of hydroquinone but not daily. Will use some bio oil too. Gonna try not to forget to wear suncream for now on!

Haven't used MT2 in 1-2 years but I feel it left some permanent effects.

From now on I will apply sunscreen even if I have to spend my whole day coding at home.

When we hit 60 years old we looksmaxxers are gonna look like we are in our 30s

I mean bbc in africa age pretty ok and they run around in the sun butt naked all day. Now I know their skin is thicker and doesnt absorb light as much due to pigmentation, but still its like 60 degree celcius where they live and sun is like 5x stronger than europe/na.
Also with all the chemicals in sunscreen, its not exactly good to put that shit on ur skin 24/7.

Theres that one old esoteric youtuber who spends like 4-5 hours under the sun daily (he is usually topless in the vids) and he seems to have aged quite good.
