I molar chewed for three years Jfl before finding out.

why will it cause cw rotation wtf? i thought ur not supposed to chew with incisors as those teeth are only meant for cutting, wont the tmj get fucked from incisor chewing?

Is there any validity to this incisor chewing ? A lot of the descriptions about tongue posture, especially when swallowing, is tough to understand accurately since we all have different orthodontics. I believe I understand the difference between temporal and masseter chewing-would this have anything to do with incisor chewing?

want to make sure I’m chewing correctly to optimize the ccw angle and forward growth instead of pushing things in the wrong direction

idk tbh. All I heard him say is if u chew with inciscors (except if u have underbite) then ur automatically masseter-chewing which causes the proper growth shit. I try to chew as much with my canines though as I remember some here saying your incisors aren't strong enough to chew food.

yeah I was able to understand it all. I can tongue sweep, only problem though is I still can't tongue sweep with the back of my tongue suctioned against my palate. I can swallow liquids either way though so it seems kinda useless to have ur tongue suctioned there.

Damn.. any other vids or content that might help me get the swallow down? Currently I just try to push my tongue up on the roof and keep that area still while using the throat to compete the swallow, but after seeing those video demostrations I’m fairly sure I’m not doing it correctly.

none. I used to browse mewing subreddits, the great work and just youtube videos on them and I never really found an animation/explanation on how to tongue sweep with the back of the tongue on the palate. They just said it's the proper way.
