He went one week without SPF 50 PA++++ and microdosed isotretnoin with 2.5 dutasteride. Nobody to blame but himself.

Just more evidence that you need to be prepared to combat the agepill incredibly early in life or it’s fucking over before it even began

Some people are genetically doomed no matter what without direct intervention

You could have an orthorexic health nut living a scientifically perfect lifestyle, but if they have early onset AGA and heavily recessed craniofacial bone structure they will start looking like dogshit very early on despite being internally healthy. Nothing but surgery and meds could fix that

What do you recommend to start anti ageing ?

Water is wet lifestyle stuff like sleep and diet etc as a foundational baseline ofc, but don’t get too bogged down in the minutia. The real fun comes from the direct interventions:

- Collagen production boosting: retinoids, co2 laser, deep chem peels
- Fixing recession (if needed): trimax + implants
- Hair loss protocol: 5ar inhibitor + min, HTs until donor zone is depleted, hair system as a last resort, and dye to cover up graying
- Soft tissue rejuvenation: multiple face / neck / eye lifts + fat grafts spread out over the decades as needed with individual aging patterns
- Also somewhat controversial but laser beard removal to get ride of that grey skin shadow helps a ton too

So really tl;dr: moneymax to afford frauding youth

Damn that’s a lot. Which of these have you done yourself ? Have you had good results with it ?

What do you make of certain peptides that claim to help with ageing and elasticity ? Such as GHk-CU, mild GH intervention ect?

Rn I just do the lifestyle stuff (not really if I’m being honest jfl I’m a degenerate tradie just like the rest) + tazarotene + dut + min + occasional botox and face laser hair removal

I’m maintaining dense NW2 hairline and got rid of my beard shadow. I’m 24 and still get mistaken as a teen although my periorbital fat pads are melting and I’m going to start looking old and tired very soon unless I get that surgically fixed (which I plan on doing before turning 30 at the very latest)

I think most peptides are either pure cope or marginal benefit but to be very frank I haven’t bothered looking into them much and I could be wrong. I’m just very focused on surviving the years long wageslaving journey to afford surgery rn and don’t really have the energy or resources or need to further explore softmaxxes / meds because everything is secondary to fixing my bone structure. Do your own research TM on them ngl

It's impossible to tell the Chaddliest of Chads. Because he is the one who will not succumb to his age as quickly as the others. It is in perfect harmony with belief of genetic determinism, that aging is more genetic than is comfortable to believe and that no lifestyle choices or collagen supplements that can't pass the 500 Dalton barrier can prevent.

There are many who cope about this. "You" [his username] on the forum was one. I remember typing arguments in a habit today that I view as a tremendous waste of time, because copers gonna cope whether its this year or the next.

Also somewhat controversial but laser beard removal
I'm subhuman but I cut myself at the start of this week while shaving. Then I raged because I loathe my facial hair and how it inconveniences me. You will reclaim that time if you can be rid of that thing forever, so I thought again of pursing it. It's not a looksmax, it's like a body mod.

This is a popular notion, and reviewing the evidence you can't help but agree. But you also can't help but wonder why it's like that. Is it the smartphones? Is it inceldom? Is it the stress from being incel or burns from having Chad's cum splattered on your face if you are the fairer sex?
