Yeah literally quit smoking and drinking it was difficult but in after a few weeks I was fine not smoking. Just didn't buy any new packs and had to use will power for a few minutes at a store.
But this site is one click away no way to get rid of it without living somewhere with no internet its like always having a pack of cigs waiting in my pocket
