Dermarollers tear your skin the needles don't go in straight.

They're alright for your scalp but will damage your skin.

Pens a pretty cheap anyway and they're better because you can change the cartridge and adjust the depth

My collagen is still ok and I've smoked literally thousands of cigs.

Yeah i live in one of the european countries with the most smokers, my father, uncle, neighbors all smoke, they are in their 50's and skin wise look very fine for their age, my uncle is a chronic smoker for 30 years and doesn't have any wrinkles, just skin sagging
