hows your frame?

Not a fan of that program. Too high in volume. For the big compound lifts, you shouldn’t be doing more than 8 reps. I usually do 5-6.

All you need is a pullup bar and your frame will double in size

My home gym is bumperplates and quality bar for weightlifting and a rack , pretty good considering that i live in a tiny apartment.

How can I use pulley without having to buy this big ass rack ?

Also litlme motivation for homegymcel , look the physic i got with just bench/little rack, a bar and dumbells : IMG 20200227 202007

They sell lat pulldown machines but they cost more than the rack, that's why this is such a good deal.

In my opinion the program is too much volumefull

Somewhere under 900 usd
Not worth tbh you can build good enough physique with calisthenics and then start going to gym when you are advanced with calisthenics. Or you can just add weight to your calisthenics

Didnt watch the full video but good guide. The equipment mentioned is all u need

The point of this is to get gym equipment for a cheaper price
