For people who gymcel seriously, as you know there is a lockdown every 2 weeks due to Corona here, so I cant go to some local gym.

Instead I decided to go for training at home option but calisthenics aint gonna help me too much.

I am total newbie at gymcelling so what should I buy for home ?

I made a 50kg jute sack with sand, you can do almost all exercises but i only do those i cant do with calisthenics like squats deadlift and so on

Get a barbell, some plates, some dumbbells and a pullup bar. You can do almost any

Thanks bro.
What are weights of plates and dumbbells for beginners ?
Dumbbells -5, 7.5 , 10, 12.5 , 15, 17.5, 20, 22.5, 30. This is how it is in my gym
Plates from 2.5 kgs to 10
I've seen pretty good stuff in Amazon. Please check

Power rack, barbell, plates, adjustible bench, pull up bar, dip bar.

A good power rack should have a pull up bar built in as well

Essentials would be a rack, barbell, sufficient weights, bench

I have a pullup bar, rings and dip bars for calisthenics but if you are doing weights a power rack sounds like a good idea

OP, just buy a 100lb dumbbell from Walmart and maybe a couple dumbbells and a strong backpack. It's a cheap start and you can hit just about every area of your body with smart programming. Only thing other than that I'd recommend for a complete beginner is a pullup bar but that's optional
