I know a guy who designed this for himself in collaboration with an asian implant company.
Not the final product yet, he is making adjustments as we speak.
Found a surgeon willing to insert it.
Giant and Eppley were the inspiration
I thought it was worth showing on the forum

this is shit.

first thing everyone should realise is that placing an implant is nowhere near like simulating a a Lefort 2, or more bone forward growth in general.

implants of this size that span the entire midface always end up creating uncanny permabloat looks.

of course an implant like this, if it worked, would be lifefuel for a lot of people with entire midfacial deficiency on here. but life is tough. implants succeed when they are conservative and provide bone mass and definition in critical areas. for most, that is the infraorbital rim and malar region.

a lack of projection of the lower maxilla should only be fixed with a lefort 1. nasolabial folds or a lack of projection in that region can be fixed with paranasal implants (but should not always be, a rhino surgeon might be able to fix it using other ways).

this kinda implant is going to bloatmaxx the fuck out of patients

I don't understand why he doesn't want to undergo jaw surgery first because it's clear that his jaw is going to be left behind even after a jaw implant.

It’s annatomically impossible to place and is not going to happen.

Like how the fuck are you going to route the infraorbital nerve through holes for example?

This will turn into separate infras and Paranasal implants. It is not happening in its current form. Whoever designed this should not be designing implants.
