I can't go the gym cuz I am broke and also my parents won't allow so I was wondering if there any home workouts that I could do.

Also I can't buy dumbbells or pullup bar

Do 3x a week nun to much just so u dont quit early

Just try and do body weight exercises or use ur school bag and put heavy books to do curls

Try a full-body routine. Do lots of pull-ups, push-ups, and use a backpack for lateral and front raises.

I live in a 3rd world country gym here are considered luxury so they don't wanna spend that much money on me moreover they think minor should not go to the gym as it affects their growth

if you're not on roids gym is cope, so i'd say just spam lats delts and avoid traps
