This is my arm workout how can I make this into a full routine for a good v taper so I can look good as possible by summer I’m 5’11 164lbs
dumbbell curls 3 sets of 10 (25lbs) hammer curl 3 sets of 10 (25lbs) lateral raises 3 sets of 12 (15-20lbs)
bent over rows w dumbbells 3 sets of 10 (how ever much weight you can do) tricep extensions 3 sets till failure reverse flys 3 sets of 10 (how ever much weight you can do)
shoulder press 3 sets of 10 (how ever much weight you can do)
over head tricep extensions 2 sets (what ever weight you can do till failure)
And any recommendations for equipment I should buy right now I have a pull up bar, 1 dumbbell and a barbell no bench
