A good breakfast with lots of protein is broccoli tortilla with colesaw
just chop the heads of the broccoli and colesaw, add 2 or 3 eggs on a preheated pan with butter so you can flip it, add salt and pepper, and flip each side for a minute, done in 5 minutes max
you can add hotdogs or onions for taste
