you need to interact with dozens of people daily in that stage of life in order to develop basic social skills properly like social cues, rejection, humor, emotional awareness, etc

if you dont have that experience in that stage of life you're going to be socially fucked for the rest of your life, you cant undo that

but also you're restricting your kid from general developmental experiences that other kids have, which leads to other issues like not being able to properly function in a workplace, bad teamwork, not being able to deal with people you dont like, general lack of life skills, etc

beyond developmental issues, you're causing your child to miss out on literally everything ever that people reminisce on later in life like sleepovers, hoco, prom, general socializing, and others

i was homeschooled until i was 14 and now my life is basically over despite trying my best to undo the fuckery for the past 3-4 years

i agree but also disagree i wouldve benefited from being homeschooled since most teachers targeted me unnecesarily
