Homeworkout routine (0 equipment)

A wall, a towel/chairs and a floor. I cannot go to a gym (parents). Also I can't build a fancy home workout equipment (e.g pullup bar) since I dont want my parents to find out. Might be able to convince them to get me a pullup bar in a few months.

I'm already doing some calisthenics, but I want a routine for my entire body that I can just progressive overload. I've searched all over Reddit and YouTube but I still can't compile a good routine

Do towel pull ups on the floor for back, do regular push ups, elevated push ups, incline push ups, clap push ups, and very importantly squats lunges explosive lunges pike push ups

Also idk I feel like pushups don't really target my intended muscles, even if I'm trying my best to perfect form. Can barely feel em hitting chest or even shoulders

Just add calf raises but dont rlly do shit endurance only

Form thing, and idk whys that because I feel my shoulders when I do pike push ups, if u want to feel chest more do them a little bit wider

Honestly the best core workout is just doing leg raises while hanging or doing a cycle thing with knees bent while hanging but since u dont have that maybe ronaldos one is ideal
