Im lucky my fat isn’t stored so much in my face, but im there around 16-19% bf. Im on deficit trying to go to 10% to see my true zygos potential. Ty for replying.

Ty for replying, hair is definitely one of the biggest things Im working on. Im taking Saw palmetto, MSM, Collagen, and biotin daily. And also started Minoxidil. If no change I will start Finasteride and when Im 25 i will get transplant.

keep doing that and start some growth it’s not over yet you don’t need to rock the buzz. Also i wouldnt get colored contacts thats such a nd play your already very conveniently attractive with strong bone mass just lean out and get rid of the buzz your good. Whole point is long term relationship imagine you find your possible wife at a bar and have to reveal to her a month later you wear colored contacts because a bunch of incels on looksmax.org told you to

brother you have top 1% bone structure i promise you your zygos are fine. something clearly caused you to have a false delusion about your looks. My best advice would literally be to just soft max and lean out as best as you can surgery and fillers are just not necessary for you. your only downfall is just your buzz cut, your temple recession isn’t even that bad just find a haircut that suits your temples and facial structure. continue fighting the hair loss and if you are having problems with woman it is not your looks i promise you. People pay to have your face i would stop posting on org go out work on your inner confidence and become better at talking to woman.

Thank you! I would grow out my hair but have genetically thin hair so Im working on this first and if minox works I will grow out my hair for sure.
