Honest face rating and how to improve?

I’ve never done anything related to lookmaxxing, I would say I have a basic knowledge of blackpill/looksmaxing.
Beside the obvious flaw I have which is my buckteeth, which other areas are in need on improvement.
Please be brutally honest I’ve genuinely been called everything.
