Currently 187cm and like 82kg. I am aware of my acne and irritation going on, i just switched to a safety razor and i'm currently getting used to it and for the acne i'm on a routine of cleanser, moisturizer, salicylic acid and retinoid. For my hair i'm using sea salt spray and clay and i'm tryna grow a mod cut. Be brutally honest and tell me a current rating (ltn mtn htn) i wanna improve lol

aqualyx is a fat dissolver do not use aqualyx anywhere near your eyes

you need More fat around your eyes not less

as for recovery go research boi thats some ez shit to find out
