Your skull is too long and narrow, you are downgrown and jaw is a bit recessed. Your midface is too long. Your philtrum is way too long
Eye area is good, nose is ok, maxila is avarage. Grow out your hair sides more, lose body fat. As for the lower third do all that mewing shit for now and hope to god puberty makes your jaw grow a bit more.
