work on your skin care
get thicker eyebrows either fraud with makeup stuff or start minoxidil

hit the gym and do cardio to lose weight.
minoxidil to grow eyebrows. then dye them darker
latisse or whatever to grow eyelashes. then dye them darker
fix skin
eat good food, sleep a lot, don't do drugs or drink alchoohol or smoke

stay healthy and you'll be good.

Literally only way for you to ascend above ltn is either you get a rhinoplasty and fix ur nose either ascending ur eye area which wont help much compared to ur nose but its easier Ig ur eyebrows are way too high set and ur canthal tilt is slightly negative with no eyelashes whatsoever (extremely cooked my goy)
