get a better haircut, check out the guide on here for fixing masseter asymetries using myofunctional therapy, squint/fraud eye area more, your eyebrows have good thickness so just give them shape, and fix posture, it might just be the picture but your body seems to be leaning to the left. you have an easy shot at reaching htn

Your right about posture, been really meaning to get to fixing that. The picture defo makes it look worse cause of lighting but I think I do lean to left. Appreciate it mate
