Your face height to width ratio is unbalanced with your facial height being too short, your side profile is alright not the best due to your skull shape. Your eyes are too small for your face and your nose is asymmetrical. You look like the youtuber Jelly or like Jack Doherty. Definitely fix your hair, its childish. You just cannot be 19 with a side part.
