your neck needs to be wider. it looks comically thin because your jaw is 2x wider than your neck
eyebrows need trimming. it throws your proportions off, your eyebrows are much bigger than your eyes
lengthening your lashes can add appeal and make your eyes seem bigger. something simple like castor oil should do the trick
and lastly, you should lose five more pounds. your cheeks and jaw look round in the pic where you lift up your hair

you're a decent looking guy with solid forward growth and bone structure. you'll have more appeal than others at your looks level because of it and your height
