I feel like since ive been on here my looks have gotten better, maybe theres not much noticeable difference, but i definetely feel way more confident in real life and on social media. Ive also been getting way more female attention even tho i feel like I didnt ascend much? maybe it really is all about personality if you look decent enough

no one is actually giving advice so let me try. Lean out MUCH more, train your neck(will help alot), work out overall to optimize hormones yada yada. and grow out your hair, it looks childish. dont look in the camera like a corpse
