Second of all you need a nose job
I don’t know how to fix your lips but their so tiny

You’d most likely fall between mltn-hltn, but if this is about getting girls you prolly won’t have problems cause your height mogs hard so smv is good. If it’s about actually looking good I don’t see a lot you can improve without surgery. Only thing I could think of is training neck a bit to get same width as your jaw and trying a longer hairstyle but that’s basically every softmaxx I’d advise. For surgery rhinoplasty to fix the nose and some sort of jaw surgery for sure. Your height is insanely good but your face just isn’t, sorry bro.
