Honest rating for my friend he wants advice about his face length mostly

definitely should grow out his hair and get some volume on the sides to help with face height to width ratio, from what I can see I would also suggest trying to lose some fat along with debloating. I really don't think his face length is an issue at all but if he got some hair on the sides and on the top it would really help balance the width to height more.
