Currently 5 months post op double jaw surgery, so still swollen. Yes, I know I am frauding w/lighting + slight angle manipulation. HLTN? MTN? Consultation with plastic surgeon in one month for rhinoplasty.

With rhinoplasty + Jaw implants + canthoplasty. Then Accutane + melanotan 6 months after. Alongside consistent gym and nutrition. Possibly try eye lightening. Could get me to HTN in about 2 years. I mean, I can always hope right

Thanks bro, still have a lot of swelling in the midface so it is difficult to assess which implants are necessary right now, but I'll definitely keep infras in mind.
