You have a decent bone density. Try adding a lot of potassium and do regular massular muscle training to sharp your jaw. As for your skin, moisturize it every day. For now, you’re as close as a Low-MTN. Hope that helps dude

Yo I rally appreciat this hella helpful ly bro ima do this. I already do some potassium. For regular masseter training do u recommend the towel method or gum or...?

The towel method don’t work. You’ll mostly slow down your potential. Instead, try harder gums : fill more than one on either side of your jaw and this for 1 hour a day. I did this and now I have decent jaw muscles. You can look at my post for reference.
