Hltn, i feel like even tho you got hollow cheeks you got some pufiness therefore enhancing your smile lines. also try to cover a bit your upper eyelid exposure and finally work on your lips which are dry and a bit thin. overall above average face, very good physique.

ps : if you want to get those hair back i'd advise finasteride ( if you're okay with posible side effects ) as well as minoxidil
