I’m 18 years old and 5’11”. I have tmj from broken jaw as a kid which recessed my jaw but I’m getting medically necessary corrective surgery that doubles as cosmetic so my jawline should improve. I have a bit of acne that I’m trying to get rid of and dark circles under my eyes that I can’t figure out how to remove. I’m also working on a debloat right now and trying to reduce bf% to 9 from ~13-14% currently. Some friends say I’m attractive but I was ugly growing up and bad self-confidence so idk.

I’ve also got a class 3 overbite and require surgery to save my joints anyways so do you think this will help to harmonize my lower third with the rest of my face and reduce disproportion of my philtrum?

Long philtrum but unless youre ready to spend lots of money under a knife then try growing a moustache and see how it looks. Tbh it probably wont suit your face but see what it does.

High appeal. Looks good. Missing height for extremely high appeal so max out physique and you can pull some real baddies

And from all the date i can gather : Women don't care about looks as long as you are either low inhibit/have some "style"/approached her in a funny non creepy way, in a warm way ; Or if you are tall.
