Honest rating + tips for improvement (18M)

I’m 18 years old and 5’11”. I have tmj from broken jaw as a kid which recessed my jaw but I’m getting medically necessary corrective surgery that doubles as cosmetic so my jawline should improve. I have a bit of acne that I’m trying to get rid of and dark circles under my eyes that I can’t figure out how to remove. I’m also working on a debloat right now and trying to reduce bf% to 9 from ~13-14% currently. Some friends say I’m attractive but I was ugly growing up and bad self-confidence so idk.

I lift every day and do an hour of cardio every day and play basketball, soccer, and rugby competitively. No im not autistic yes I have a girlfriend. I barely squint anyways I just have deep-set eyes you can tell from my side profile. im on a recomp diet to gain muscle and lose fat and ensure I offset sugar intake with potassium. I’m quite literally doing everything I can to improve my looks save for hardmaxxing because I’m in college.
