Abt me:

Height: 180 cm
• Weight: 90 kg
• Frame: Broad clavicles / thick ribcage
• Bodyfat: ~20–25% (estimate)
• Lifting: Consistent, multiple years
• Hairline: Intact (NW0–1)
• Ethnicity: White / European
• Facial hair: Average density
Reason for Posting
I’m not here for motivational cope or normie platitudes. I want a blackpill-accurate assessment of my genetic ceiling, realistic improvement range, and whether continued softmaxing actually moves me or if diminishing returns have already kicked in.
Baseline Reality Check (Self-Critique)
Frame / Body (Strength):
• Broad clavicles + height = clear sexual dimorphism advantage
• Upper body mass already compensating for facial mediocrity
• At current BF, face slightly bloated → jawline partially hidden
• Framemogging is carrying more than face at the moment
Face (Limiting Factor):
• Jaw: Present but not dominant → width > projection
• Chin: Borderline weak in side profile
• Cheekbones: Only show at lower BF
• Eye area: Neutral tilt, average depth (no hunter eyes)
• Nose: Proportionate but unremarkable
• Overall: mtn
Current Hypothesis
My attraction seems conditional:
• Works in good lighting, fitted clothes, gym context
• Falls off in harsh lighting or candid angles
• Indicates frame-dependent SMV, not face-dominant
Key BP Questions
• BF cut:
Is dropping to ~12–14% BF likely to meaningfully improve facial structure, or will it just expose lack of bone without creating Chad traits?
• Face ceiling:
Based on these traits, am I capped at normie+ / Chadlite, or is there legit potential being hidden by BF?
• Chin/Jaw intervention:
Is chin filler or subtle jaw enhancement actually justified here, or would it be uncanny on a wide frame?
• Frame vs face ROI:
Given my clavicle width, is further frame-maxing (delts, traps, neck) higher ROI than chasing facial marginal gains?
• Hair strategy:
Short max fade to emphasize width and masculinity, or longer top to compensate for facial mid-tier traits?
• Hard truth:
If you had diagnose the single trait holding me back from reliable high-tier attraction, what is it?
What I’m NOT Looking For
• “Just be confident”
• “Gym fixes everything”
• “You’re already attractive bro”
I want cold analysis, not brainfuckery
End Goal
Not model tier. I want consistent 7–7.5 SMV, strong IRL presence, and to know whether pushing further is rational or cope.

Be honest. I can handle it niggas.

Getting lean is worth it; gets you hollow cheeks (very sharp feature), better overall angularity and also improves the frame too.
That being said i don't think bf is currently holding your facial harmony back that much.

subtle jaw enhancement actually justified
Your jaw width is a bit lacking and subtle improvement can get your bizygo/bigonial to the ideal ratio of 1:1

is further frame-maxing (delts, traps, neck) higher ROI than chasing facial marginal gains?
Even marginal facial gains can overshadow features related to frame and body; face is law imo. If your fizeek is fine, then no need to waist further time on it.

Hair strategy
Your hair in the third photo you posted on your thread is ideal imo

the single trait holding me back from reliable high-tier attraction, what is it?
Your only significant facial failo is low mouth/nose; rhino and commissuroplasty are the solutions.
A feature that is also noticeable is nasolabial folds which are mostly due to low maxillary elevation, but can be reduced by tazarotene (make sure it's 0.1% gel)
