Ik some ppl just asshole on here and this my first post but i think ive had a pretty good ascension and it might be post worthy
Right now im around 200 pounds a true 6”5 and 12% body fat my face has always held a lot of water and I run a heavy stack to limit the water retention in my face

I was a fuckung loser before around 260 pounds I’ll put pics of my physic and my face below im not to tapped into the bones and stuff like that in my face if anyone could lmk I think im like ltn with a physic halo and obviously 6”5 aswell but lmk I alreyad hate myself so don’t make me hate myself mkre please this was done in a year btw lmk
