Idk Bro you already Look pretty good. Maybe grow your lashes and eyebrows thicker. Dont know if u still do but it Looks Like you definetly had acne dont really know what to do about the redness tho. Maybe get some Kind of Peeling treatment. I had a friend with the Same Kind of Skin Texture and redness and worked well for him. I think its not expensive and painfull or risky at all you have to ask a „doctor for Skin“ ( i dont know the proper english Word) about Treatments Like This.
