Planning on getting double jaw surgery soon hopefully with ccw rotation and good advancements do you think this will slightly shorten midface. Also genioplasty for shorter less narrow chin and better projection.

Also hopefully will help with poor under eye support, smile lines/creases, and poor upper lip support.
