idk about small mouth but just get to a low bf % and you will easily reach htn, i did hear ONCE that a small mouth can mean a narrow palate but idk if they are telling the truth. tape method for the nose could also be cope but i would still recommend trying it, its just mainly fat around the nose so if you debloat you would look great, take care.
