ok i was thinking a body recomp i have no muscle and i have i think 30 percent body fat percentage
 
Find your maintenance calories from a calorie calculator and eat 300 calories less than that also eat close to a gram of protein per pound of body weight and count your calories with MyFitnessPal. Do this everyday for months and lift heavy 6-8 reps 6-8 sets per muscle per day and don’t look back
