The reason I am turning 24 yet still mog 19 yo because I don’t drinks nor do I smoke. I associate alcohol and smoke with weakening agents back in the day those drunk soilders would get slaughtered in their tent by the enemies since they are not vigilant in such state.


I also avoid high E PUFA snacks like potato chips, cake, muffins now.
