think about it, why are we as humans forced to worry so much about the things we missed out on, our traumas, or our very own grievances? its because we have nothing better to do, if you just coped harder it would all be ok and as long as u have a sliver of hope to ascend either via surgery or softmaxx then just cope and work until you get there seriously.

and for truecels out there who dont have hope but only cope, its not too bad because whether or not u neet OR work urself to death, these are both very good to distract u from depression trust me.

if u think about ur oneititis, ur just not coping enough.
if ur thinking about ur trauma from hs or ms or es, ur coping hard enough.
rot more, scroll more, try to become best at ur favorite video game, try to finish that hard philosophical book u been putting off, try to watch those movies or shows u wanted to get into, dont let ur brain acknowledge any of these things that move on.

never believe that youre high inhib, even if you are.

listen im not saying that to be like these PUA niggas to use it to approach women, for some it might be truly over even to do this, or maybe ur just in progress of looksmaxxing and dont want to risk it yet, but hear me out on perhaps utilizing this belief a little bit differently?
-->utilize it in a way where you are no longer affected by your intrusive thoughts.

i know a lot of people here may suffer from intrusive thoughts; whether it be in the form of self doubt, our annoying subconscious minds speaking from the left side of our brain telling us cringe shit about ourselves from our past, traumas, etc

but prove to urself ur low inhib in a way where you no longer react to any of these things anymore. that in and of itself is represented as low anxiety, and is building ontop of your CNS to implement new ways of adapting and reacting to these things. trust me.

if u do this building of the CNS and ur mind, then i promise u that coping will be alot easier trust me.
